Rockenham Ridge development was the first rural subdivision in Pottawatomie County to be designed and paved with Portland Cement Concrete. Prior subdivisions had been asphalt. With anticipated truck traffic through the subdivision, the developer elected to go with concrete paving for durability and life cycle cost incentives.
