Concrete Tracker

The project began with large spread footings and grade beams throughout, concrete was placed in the heart of winter and rain seasons. Freeze guard was used to help speed up set and to prevent issues in cold weather. this is a five story post tension structure placed on a tight corner lot. multiple columns full of reinforcement created the need for self consolidating concrete. Large concrete post tension beams, various slab depressions, and sloped areas to drains made form work and concrete finishing very crucial. Tall shear walls and a climber system was utilized to form, two tower cranes were used on project as well.
