Project is a 4 block improvement project providing quality access to the Sterling Elementary School, several businesses and the Farmers Coop. The 6,500 square yards of concrete pavement replaced some antiquated Chip & Seal surfacing that had exceeded its service life long ago. The City funded project was aided with a Community Development Building Grant (CDGB).
