The City of Lebo attracts visitors annually for several community sponsored events, including the Stars and Stripes Celebration. To enhance the downtown experience for all in the community and visitors, the city pursued and secured KDOT Transportation Alternative Funding to upgrade the downtown streetscape. Portland Cement Concrete was used extensively for this aesthetic and sustainable improvement.
